Wink is the gardener and apart from her colourful formal and wild flower garden she has an amazing vegetable garden, which provides all the raw ingredients for Tessa’s meals.

Having cooked for Dukes and Duchesses and house parties at Delphi, her repertoire of recipes is mouth-watering...Game pies, thyme trout terrine, lemon posset with a little sorbet made from their homemade cherry cassis? But their first love has always been horses and their little self-catering cottage is right next to their own modern purpose built stables, and they know everybody in the horsey world of course.
