Hi and welcome to my new Pro Tour of Ireland which is tailor made for people who have travelled with me before on my Classic Tour of Ireland's Hidden Gems. It is a completely different tour to the original one that is designed to welcome you back and provide a more immersive experience of the country that you have come to know and love so well.
This new 14 day Pro Tour of Ireland will be based on the West Coast , travelling Northwards to beautiful Donegal while dipping our toes into the Magical Midlands that most tourists never get to see....With far less mileage, two night stays in most places, different lodgings including a fabulous castle stay plus lots of new and interesting things to see and do that you didn’t get around to on your first Trip to Ireland....
Of course there will be lots more stunning scenery, interesting historical sites, cultural activities and even a visit to the Aran Islands weather permitting! We will be taking the roads less travelled, the backroads to magical places that only Paul and I know about. We will be going on new adventures, trying out new skills with a photography tutorial, it’s amazing how a few new tips and tricks can improve your holiday photographs and taking a master class in Irish coffee making, I knew you would like that....
We will be exploring ancient sites like the Lough Gur stone circle which is the largest in Ireland and hearing about the folklore behind this special place. We will be immersing ourselves in Irish art, poetry & literature with a visit to Coole Park and Lissadell House and going on a Curious Distillery Tour in Drumshanbo....
We will have private tours of magnificent gardens, centuries old abbeys and historic stately homes and you will even get to meet some 4 legged charmers at the Donegal Donkey Sanctuary which was a huge hit on this years inaugural Pro Tour of Ireland, check out Rosie below who is a pure divil altogether....
All of the hotels will be new to you and include cosy family run hotels, quirky new city hotels, several stunning waterside lodgings and a luxurious castle stay for 2 nights with a formal dinner included....And of course you get to travel with Paul and myself again which means plenty of laughs & good craic....
So, if you have travelled with me before and would like to go on this new Pro Tour of Ireland in 2026, please drop me an email and I will send you a copy of new itinerary and look forward to seeing you again in Ireland in 2026, Susan

Susan,my fifth trip with you and another wonderful experience, thank you for all the work you do to make these tours so great, Kevin
Susan, thank you once again for your unbelievable friendship and efforts to provide such a memorable trip, wonderful memories once again, Bob & Lorene
Hi Susan, thank you again for the great time we had on the Hidden Gems Pro Tour 2025. You really have this tour business figured out! A small group so everyone gets to know each other, a comfortable but smaller coach that can get to places the bigger tours can’t even think about visiting, and your personal knowledge of the country all made our Ireland trip another memorable experience with you. We really appreciated your flexibility working around the weather. You managed to have us outside in the best of it and found us some great inside experiences during the worst of it. I was particularly blown away by the Seamus Heaney museum, a place I would not have even considered stopping at had I been on my own, and one of the several great stops not on the itinerary you managed to work in. We loved the relaxed pace and the free time on the Sundays. Your recommendations of things to do and places to eat were spot-on perfect. Finally, thank you for the personal touches you always seem to come up with for your guests. You remembered that several of us had not seen the cliffs at Slieve League on past trips with you due to rain and fog, so you got us up there on a gloriously sunny day. You could have picked anywhere to stop for lunch on our Inishowen swing, but you had us stop in Buncrana, my family's ancestral hometown, based on a discussion you remembered we had seven years ago. Sue and I got a chance to look around after 20 years, and Mary got to see it for the first time. That meant a lot to us…thank you! Jim & Susan
Dear Susan, a million thanks for another wonderful tour here in our happy place. We appreciate all the hard work and effort into showing us a good time. You are the best, until next time, Liz Anne & Jimmy
Susan, Thanks for all your hard work while putting our tour together. The combination of beautiful sights & educational experiences was perfect, hope to see you soon, Marion & John
PS Fantastic Craic!
Susan, thank so much for another wonderful trip, we look forward to joining you and Paul in Scotland sometime, Roger & Mary
